We work with business buyers on orders from $20,000. This applies to both stock orders and pre-orders.
Payment is by bank transfer (TT). Stock orders require full payment in advance. For pre-orders, a deposit is agreed individually — the balance is due when goods arrive in Dubai, before shipment.
Stock orders are typically ready on the same day or next business day after payment. If an order combines stock and pre-order items, the full shipment is prepared once all goods are available. Pre-order lead times start from 7 business days depending on the product — confirmed at the order stage.
We supply only brand new, original, factory-sealed and unactivated products. Regional specifications (e.g. Middle East, Global, EU) vary by lot and are always stated clearly in our offer so buyers know exactly what they're purchasing.
Our primary market is the UAE. We also work with international buyers — each enquiry is reviewed individually.
Buyers are welcome to inspect goods at our Dubai warehouse before shipment. You can visit in person or send your own logistics representative for pickup and verification.
